DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
DELIVERY
Unless otherwise stated within a product description, all items will be posted Royal Mail 1st class and should arrive with the recipient within 2-4 working days.

Items posted to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly should arrive within 3-6 working days.

We are unable to deliver outside of the UK or to British Overseas Territories, BFPO or PO Box addresses.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return your order to us and receive a full refund if you advise us within 14 days of receipt of the products that you wish to return the products. The products should then be returned to us within 14 days, beginning the day after you received your order. Products must reach us in perfect, unused condition with all items included and in the original packaging.

Please contact us via the ‘contact us’ form on our website to request a refund and we will send your shipping label by email. Please print and stick it to the front of the package and then take either to the Post Office or shipping provider as directed by us. You are advised to retain a proof of posting receipt for your records as if your return does not reach us and you don’t have proof it was sent back then we will be unable to refund you. The shipping cost will be deducted from any refund due.

If we have provided products which are not of acceptable quality or we have made a mistake with personalisation or similar, we will cover all costs for the return of the product which shall either be replaced or fully refunded, as requested. These items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.

Returns made by the recipient of the item rather than the person who bought them will be considered at our discretion.

Please allow up to 14 days from our receipt of a return for any refund to be processed.
